Beautiful Mexico full of nice people!
The development in Mexico is very slow and barely visible, people are poor but extremely nice. Nothing was changed in 4 years. I think they should improve their education systems and schools. Once every kid gets good education, then Mexico will be like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and will become a prosperous first world country. Maybe American charities can open up schools in Mexico and other central American countries? Celaya actually is one of rich cities in Mexico, the northern and southern part of Mexico is much poorer: no water, no electricity, no schools, no transportation, no food, no shelters
