    Eat Cactus, Aloe Vera, Cinnamon, Magnesium, Zinc, Mediterranean Diet, green leafy vegetables.

    Lose Weight, Especially Belly Fat, to Help Lower Glucose Levels
    In fact, the CDC notes that losing just 5 to 7 percent of your body weight can help lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
  • Tea/wet used Tea Bags

    1. Use tea bags/tea wash pots and pans.
    2. Got dry and cracked feet?: soak in tea. Got dry cracked lips, drink tea and coat lips with tea and see whether lips are softened up.
    3. Bumped into wall? Put used tea bags on blue and purple swelling tissue.
    4. Tooth gum is bleeding, bite wet used tea tag at bleeding spot.
    5. Toast used tea leaves dry, put in bathroom, refrig, carpet, shoes to eliminate odor.
    6. Sunburn: soak red tea bag in cold water, then put tea bag on the burning skin. Or, put 10 tea bags in tub, and soak yourself in cold red tea in bathtub.
    7. Wipe mirror with wet tea bag and make it shine and clean again.

  • Cold and Sore Throat Home remedies

    1. Cut Fresh Ginger to small pieces and boil with water, put some honey or vinegar in it: immediately effective
    2. Hot milk +Tumeric
    3. Star Annise Tea
    4. Rub vicks vapor gel on the sole of your feet before you go to bed, which can suppress cough during sleep.
    5. Make hot tea with lemon rind with skin on + honey-->good for sore throat and cough.

  • Now the gout on my right big toe has spreaded to my left big toe and right knee. Even moving a finger on the right hand will make the left big toe hurt. You don't know how your body is connected until you have all these pains on all your joints, every little move is extremely painful.

  • Sugar + Grease

    Heard on radio about an acient Egyptian method of treating wounds & burns: mix sugar and grease to treat all kinds of wounds beautifully. So I added sugar to my massage lotions. You can add sugar into your face or body lotions as well, it should be good for skins.

  • Weight Loss Tip:
    Eat small frequent meals rather than infrequent big meals, avoid carbohydrate: fries, bread, noodle, rice, suger, cookies, crackers, donuts, candies, sugar ...

    This weight loss tip has been practiced and proved effective by a client of mine: he has to sit in airplanes all day long because of his work, he is freaked out thinking that this will make him fat. So he was determined to cut down his food intake. Every 3 weeks, when I saw him, he was skinner than the time before---he was visibly shrinking down, after 6 months, he only had a skeleton left.

    As you can see Discipline is another factor.
  • Chinese Medicine: Simple and Cheap, everybody can be his/her own Chinese Medicine doctor.

    I got a severe toothache starting last Sat. Tried "Clover Oil" after googled for home remedy for toothache, didn't work, and went to dentists and he said no cavity. The pain persisted through Tue. What could it be, maybe a heat and cold imbalance, googled web for "hot and cold foods chinese medicine", find out melons and green tea from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_food_therapy, so immediately, I drank 2 green tea bags, next morning, the pain is gone. I had been eating ginger roots and Chinese dates in the week before, which created a lot internal heat. Both ginger root and Chinese dates are hot in nature.

  • Tea for Sweaty Palms and Soles

    Five tea bags in a quart of water for five minutes. When the solution cools, soak your hands or feet for twenty to thirty minutes nightly.

  • Athlete's Foot

    Use Saliva, e.x. Let a dog lick your feet. Dog's licking a skin rash can heal the rash.
    You can also use your own morning saliva to get rid of a wart.

  • Black Pepper For Cuts

    Put black pepper on your cuts, Not only does the bleeding stop quickly, the wound heals cleanly with little scarring.

  • Fennel for Flatulence

    Slightly crush a teaspoon of fennel seeds and pour boiling water over them, and drink the fennel seed tea.

  • Keys for Nosebleeds

    Putting a large, cold metal key or ring of keys down the back of the neck can stop a nosebleed.

  • Mustard seeds for Cramps

    Swallow one spoonful of mustard seeds with water everyday, eliminate cramps.

  • Soap Under the Sheets for RLS, Leg Cramps

    Putting a soap bar under the bottom sheet near your legs can prevent leg cramps.

  • Sugar for Hiccups

    Swallow dry suger during hiccups can stop the hiccups. It was a little hard at first to learn to swallow it before it melts, but that's the only way it works.

  • Valerian for Stage Fright

    A couple of Valerian capsules are effective for severe panic attacks/anxiety

  • Vinegar for Underarm Odor

    Spray undiluted white vinegar on the armpits and other areas that get sweaty. Once the vinegar was allowed to dry, the clothes won't smell.

  • Turmeric and Curcumin for Arthritis and Psoriasis

    Adding it to rice (gives it a lovely golden colour), soups, & sauces. The flavor is good

  • Bee stnig

    Try onion, garlic, vinegar, baking soda or mud.

  • Toenail fungus

    Try Listerine or vinegar.
